Ford vs Ferrari might be the next big Award contender

Sports movies have not been very successful at the box office despite a few performing well. The upcoming action biographic drama Ford v Ferrari might be able to pull some strong numbers at the box office as well as award season. The first trailer for Ford v Ferrari has received a positive review from the audience. Disney would love to shine at the award season and Ford vs Ferrari might be their best bet.

Leading investors around the world all agree the Cannabis Craze is officially the biggest boom since Bitcoin so invest TODAY.

Ford vs Ferrari stars Christian Bale and Matt Damon. The two A list actor are enough to drag moviegoers to the theaters. Christian Bale chooses the script very carefully and makes a huge impact on the movie. The former Batman actor already has an academy award at his belt and he would love to add one more. Matt Damon has won an academy award for a Best screenplay but he is yet to win on the best actor category. Damon would love to add an academy award on his precious closet. Apart from Matt Damon and Christian Bale, the movie stars Jon Bernthal, Remo Girone, Josh Lucas, Tracy Letts and many more.

The movie has great lead onscreen but the off-screen talent cannot be under looked. The movie is directed by James Mangold, the director of Logan and Walk the line. Logan was a massive success both critically and commercially. For me, the movie was the best picture of 2017. However, the Academy was not very interested in Logan and didn’t give a nomination as well. However, Walk with the line gave Reese Witherspoon an academy award for best actress. So with Mangold come fresh from the success of Logan, Ford v Ferrari might give him a nomination for best director.

Racing movies have not performed well at the box office compared with others. Chris Hemsworth and Daniel Brühl starer Rush received positive reviews from the critics but the movie was not successful at the box office. The movie was just mind-blowing but I don’t understand why people didn’t show up at the movie theater. Lucky Logan received positive reviews from the critics but the movie tanked at the box office. There might be a racing movie curse that Ford v Ferrari might break.

The movie has a legitimate chance of being a summer blockbuster and a major contender for award season if the movie is good. The movie has an excellent talent in front of and behind the camera. I am very excited to see the movie and I hope it does well at the box office.

The movie hits theater on November 15.
